Day Wise Plan DAY 01: ARRIVE DELHI Welcome to India- a country where hospitality is a way of life ; to a culture steeped in tradition, a land where history lives in music and  dance. You will be received at the airport in a traditional manner with garlands and proceed to your hotel for overnight stay. DAY 02: DELHI – AMRITSAR After breakfast check-out from hotel transfer to New Delhi railway station to board train to Amritsar Shatabdi. Arrive Amritsar and transfer to the hotel.In the afternoon proceed to Wagha Border – the international border between India and Pakistan. The pomp and pageantry of the Beating Retreat and the Change of Guard within handshaking distance of the Indian and Pakistani forces makes for a most charming spectacle. Drive back to the hotel for overnight stay.   DAY 03: AMRITSAR Morning after breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Golden Temple and Jaliyanwala Bagh.The Golden Temple is the most exalted of all Sikh shrines, drawing pilgrims from near and far for centuries. Later on visit Jaliyanwala Bagh, next to the golden Temple. A historical monument that tells the sad story of mass killing during the independence movement in India, Jaliyanwala Bagh is another must visit in Amritsar. Here lies the memorial of the martyrs of the 1919 massacre by British General Dyer. Presently the place also has a park. Overnight stay at hotel.  DAY 04: AMRITSAR – DALHAUSIE (192 KM / 7- 8 HR) Morning after breakfast drive down to Dalhausie.On arrival check-into hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in hotel.
